Panchshil Group

Out here at Panchshil Group, we are located in Burkegaon. It’s a bit further out, in the Post Pimpri Sandas area of Tal Haveli. Being in the Pune district but away from the main city center gives us a different pace than the businesses right in the middle of everything. It’s more open out here. We handle various parts of the group's business from this location. You won't find us in a glass skyscraper. We’re more of a hands-on type of group, dealing with things on the ground as they come up. The roads out to Burkegaon can be a bit dusty depending on the season, but we like the space we have. Most of the people working here are from the nearby villages or have been commuting from Pune for years. We don't really do the whole corporate meeting thing every five minutes. We just talk to each other and get the tasks sorted out. It’s a practical setup. We’ve been part of the local landscape for a while and we know our neighbors. When you work out in a place like Haveli, you learn to be a bit more self-reliant. We don't have fancy cafes around the corner, so we usually just bring our own lunch or get something local.
