It’s a bit more open, though it is growing fast these days. We have our office here and this is where we do all our daily business. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of associates trying to handle things properly. The work involves a lot of sitting at desks and looking at papers, or sometimes going out to see people. It isn't very exciting to talk about. We don't have any slogans or fancy goals written on the walls. We just come in, do the work that is on the desk, and go home when the sun goes down. You can hear the traffic from the road nearby, but otherwise, it is a fairly steady place to work. We have been in the India market from this Chandoli base for a while now. We know the local area well. Most of our time is spent just making sure the details are right for whatever task is at hand. It’s just a regular office life in Maharashtra, nothing more and nothing less.
