If you are looking for us, we are at 790 A Mall Road in Punjab Mata Nagar. Ahuja Estates has been operating from this spot for a good while. Mall Road is always busy, and being right here in Punjab Mata Nagar gives us a great view of what’s happening in the local market. We are a small team, mostly just family and a couple of helpers. We don't have a corporate office feel; it’s more like a place where you can come in, sit down, and talk about what you need for your home or business. We deal with the houses around here, some of the older ones and the new ones too. Property work involves a lot of listening. You have to understand what a person really needs versus what they say they want. We also spend a lot of time checking on the legal side of things, making sure titles are clear and taxes are paid. It's the boring part of the job but it’s the most important. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the city. We just want to be the ones people trust in this specific neighborhood. Most of our day is spent out on the road, looking at properties or meeting owners. The trees along Mall Road give a bit of shade when we are walking between buildings. It’s a lot of manual work and talking, but we enjoy being part of the local community and meeting new neighbors.
