Akriti Home Developers Pvt .Ltd. operates out of Fm 3 Scheme No 94, Akhil Avenue. We’re right near Bengali Square on Khandwa Road. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always construction noise or traffic coming from the square. Our office is a bit of a mix of a workspace and a storage area for plans and samples. Since we’re developers, there’s usually a bit of dust on the floor from people coming in from the building sites. Khandwa Road is a major route, so we get a lot of people passing by our door every day. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors about timelines. It’s not the kind of job where you sit still for very long. One minute we’re at the desk, the next we’re out at a site in Scheme No 94 seeing how the bricks are laying. We’ve been working around Bengali Square for a good while now and have seen it grow quite a bit. The office is where we try to make sense of all the moving parts of a project. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with rolls of paper everywhere and half-finished cups of tea, but we know where everything is. We just focus on the building part of things and try to keep our projects on track without making a big fuss about it.
