We are located at house number 2278 in the Ajinkya Tara Housing Society. This is in the Hanuman Nagar area of Chikhali, which is out in Pune. The whole neighborhood has seen a lot of changes over the years with more buildings going up all the time. Our office is tucked away in Tamane Wasti and it is a pretty functional space for what we do in the housing sector. It gets quite busy around here during the mornings when everyone is heading out to work. We spend a lot of time looking over plans and talking to folks about their housing needs right from this spot. It isn't a high-rise office building but more of a local setup where people feel comfortable dropping in. Pune is a big place but Chikhali has its own feel to it. Sometimes the roads around Hanuman Nagar get a bit congested but that is just part of living in this city. We have a small team here and we mostly just focus on the projects we have going on at the moment. There are always papers spread out on the tables and someone is usually on the phone or out at a site nearby. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment where we don't stand on ceremony much. We just try to stay on top of the work and make sure everything is moving in the right direction for the business.
