Universal Steel Tools Company

We are located in Miller Ganj, right in Phase III of the GIDC Industrial Estate. It is a very loud part of town with all the factories running. Our place, Universal Steel Tools Company, is basically a workshop and storage area. We have been here for a long time. Everything is made of metal and there is always a bit of oil on the floor. We spend the day moving heavy toolboxes and steel components around. It is hard on the hands and you end up with black grease under your fingernails. The air smells like cut metal and cooling fans. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you just walk in and find someone at a workbench. We handle a lot of different steel tools for various jobs. Some days are slow and we just clean the machines, and other days everyone is rushing to finish a batch. The neighbors are all doing similar stuff, so there is a lot of truck traffic in the industrial estate. It gets very hot in the summer under the tin roof, but we just keep the fans going. It is just a regular group of workers here. We do the work, pack the tools, and that is about it. No fancy words needed. We just focus on the steel and getting things ready for delivery. That is basically our whole day.
