At H.No 529 in Jawaddi Kallan, Ludhiana, you’ll find our office for Aarti Steels Limited. It’s near the Model Town post office area. If you’ve spent any time in Ludhiana, you know this part of town is a mix of homes and small businesses. We operate out of this house, which makes the whole thing feel much more personal than a big cold office building. We don’t have any big flashy signs, just a simple place where the work happens. The neighborhood is usually quite lively with people going about their daily lives. Inside, we are mostly focused on the steel trade. We have piles of registers and a couple of computers that have seen better days. It gets pretty busy around here, especially when we are trying to coordinate deliveries across the state. The staff is like a small family, and we usually share lunch and talk about how the business is going. We don’t use any corporate jargon or marketing talk. We just tell it like it is. Steel is a tough business, and we’ve been at it for a long time. We know the streets of Ludhiana well and how to get things done in this city. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes it gets a bit chaotic, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks.
