At Unison Industries, we are located in Civil Lines, right near the Dholewal Flyover Market at number 658. It’s a lively spot because of the flyover, and the noise from the traffic is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. Our factory is a practical space where we manufacture different industrial goods. We aren't a big-name brand with commercials; we are just a group of people who know how to run machines and assemble parts. The workshop floor is always busy, and we try to keep things moving so we don't get a backlog. We don't have a dedicated customer service department. Usually, if the phone rings, one of us just wipes our hands and picks it up. We’ve had the same group of workers for a long time, and everyone knows their job. The building itself is older, and it has seen a lot of work go through its doors. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure we meet the deadlines for the people who buy from us. Being near the Dholewal Flyover Market is convenient for getting our supplies in and out. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s steady and we have managed to keep the doors open for many years now. We just do our work, close up at night, and come back the next morning to do it all again. It gets dusty in here, but that is part of the trade.
