You’ll find Lehra Fuel Tech out in Jagera village, right near the Shanti Tara College and across from the Dera Sacha Sauda. It’s a bit outside the main town of Payal. We work on fuel technology, specifically machines that turn waste into fuel briquettes. The yard is usually full of agricultural waste and big metal parts. It’s a busy spot, especially after the harvest season when there’s plenty of material around. The office is just a small room off to the side of the main workshop. We spend most of our time out with the machines, making sure the presses are working right. It can get pretty dusty and loud, but that’s how the fuel business is. We’ve been here in this spot for a long time. The college kids walk past every day and the road gets busy with tractors. We aren’t a fancy outfit. We just build the machines and test them out in the yard. Sometimes a part doesn't fit right and we have to grind it down, or a motor needs rewiring. It’s constant work. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here doing this for years. It’s just us, the machines, and a lot of hard work in the Punjab sun. We keep a few chairs outside for when someone drops by to chat or talk about an order. It’s a plain place, but it works for us.
