Harpreet Raising

You can find Harpreet Raising at Plot Number 12 and 13 on New Subhash Nagar Road. We’re in the Mohalla Anandpura area of Basti Jodhewal, right across from Sham Memorial School. It’s a busy little corner of the world. During the day, you hear the kids at the school and the traffic moving along the road. Our setup is pretty simple. We have the two plots combined to give us enough room for our work. It’s a local operation, and most of us live nearby or have been coming to this neighborhood for years. We do raising work, which is a specific process for fabrics. It’s dusty work and keeps us busy from morning till evening. We don’t have any fancy signs or a reception desk. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just find someone working the machines or checking the fabric. The roads around here can get a bit muddy when it rains, and the parking isn't great, but we make it work. We know the neighbors and the shopkeepers around Basti Jodhewal. It’s a real community vibe here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big website or a corporate image. We just want to do a decent job for the people who bring their work to us. Sometimes the lint from the fabrics gets everywhere, but we just sweep it up and start again the next morning. It’s just how things go around here on Subhash Nagar Road.
