True Works Machinery & Tools

True Works Machinery & Tools is based in Transport Nagar, which is basically the heart of the trucking world in this area. If you come by, you will notice the smell of diesel and the sound of big engines idling all day long. Our shop is right in the thick of it. We deal in tools and machinery that people need to keep their rigs and workshops running. It is a very busy environment, and things tend to get a bit messy with grease and dust everywhere. We do not have a big showroom or a polished front desk. Most of our stock is stacked up on tall metal shelves, and we often have to climb a ladder to find the specific part someone is looking for. The sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard in the afternoons, so we usually sit a bit further back where it is cooler. We spend a lot of time talking to the drivers and mechanics who stop in. Sometimes the tea guy comes by with a tray of hot cups, and that is usually our only real break for the day. Dealing with heavy equipment is tough on the hands and the back, but it is what we know how to do. We stay open until the last of the regular drivers heads out for the night, making sure people have the tools they need.
