Tool Tech Components is tucked away near Sherpur Chowk. Our actual address is 177 Sherpur Road. Most people know the area because we are quite close to the Oswal Cancer Hospital, which makes it easier to explain where we are to people who aren't from around here. The traffic at the chowk can be a real headache sometimes, especially in the mornings. Our shop is where we make various components. It’s a smallish space, filled with tools and workbenches. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to handle the machinery. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, with bits of metal and grease around, but we know where everything is. We usually have the radio playing or just the sound of the machines. We get our work done without much fuss. If you come by, you might have to wait a minute for someone to step away from a machine to say hello. We don’t do much in terms of fancy displays. We just have our stocks and our tools. It's a decent place to work, even if the road outside is always loud. We’ve been at 177 for a long time now. People just stop in when they need something specific made or fixed. We're just a local shop doing our thing near the hospital.
