Ajay Forgings

Our workshop, Ajay Forgings, is out in Dhandari Kalan at E- 769, Phase- 7 Focal Point. It’s a proper industrial area, so it’s full of factories and big trucks. We do forging, which is heavy and loud work. If you come by, you’ll hear the sound of the hammers hitting the hot metal from down the street. It’s not a clean environment. There’s grease, smoke, and a lot of heat from the furnaces. We don't have an office with air conditioning or a fancy waiting room. Most of us are out on the floor all day, wearing heavy gear and working with the steel. We have been in this part of Focal Point for a long time. The guys here know the machines inside and out. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the whole day fixing it ourselves. We don't have a marketing department or a website that looks professional. We just take orders for metal parts and get to work. It’s a lot of physical labor, and by the end of the shift, everyone is pretty tired. We don't use complicated words to describe what we do. We just heat up the metal and shape it into what the customer needs. It’s a simple, tough business, but it’s what we’ve always done. We focus on the dimensions and the strength of the metal and not much else.
