Our shop is located at Hb-04 in Phase VI of Focal Point. This part of the industrial area is always full of trucks and the smell of diesel. It’s a practical location for us. The building is a simple structure, mostly just a large open space with some high ceilings to help with the heat. We don’t have air conditioning, so we rely on big wall fans that mostly just move the warm air around. The work is steady. We have a core group of guys who have been here since the start. They know exactly how each machine sounds when it’s running right and when it’s about to have a problem. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a marketing department. If you need to know something, you just ask the person standing nearest to the machine. The loading dock is a bit narrow, so the drivers have to be careful when they back in. Sometimes we spend the morning just organizing the floor so we can actually move around. It’s a lot of physical labor and the hours can be long depending on what needs to be shipped out. We keep our heads down and stay focused on the tasks in front of us. There isn't much more to it than that. We just show up, do the jobs, and make sure the gates are locked at night.
