The General Engineering Works

We are located in Miller Ganj, right across from the SBI Bank branch there. It is a very busy part of the city, and there is always noise from the street coming into the workshop. We do general engineering, which basically means a lot of cutting, welding, and fixing things that people bring in. The shop is filled with the smell of metal and cutting oil. It’s not the cleanest environment, but that is how engineering shops are. Having the bank right across the road is helpful for some things, but mostly we just use it as a landmark. The traffic in Miller Ganj can be a real headache, especially in the afternoons when everyone is trying to move goods. We have been in this spot for a while and the walls are a bit stained from all the work, but everything works like it should. We have our lathes and drills set up along the walls to leave space in the middle for larger projects. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but usually, we are just heads down on whatever job is on the bench that day. It’s a local place where people know they can drop off a broken part and we will see what we can do with it. We don't have any big signs or fancy displays, just the tools and the work we do every day without much fuss.
