Our shop is right on GT Road in Dhandari Khurd, and if you are looking for us, we are directly opposite GS Radiator. It is a noisy spot because of all the trucks and traffic passing by on the main road, but we have gotten used to it over the years. Inside, there is always the sound of machines running and the smell of cut metal and oil. We do a lot of heavy work here, fixing parts and making sure things are built right. It is not the cleanest place in the world, as there is usually iron dust on the floor and grease on our clothes by noon. We don't really have a big front office or anything like that. People just walk into the workshop and tell us what they need repaired or fabricated. Most of the guys here have been working with their hands for a long time, so they know how to handle the lathes and the welding tools without much fuss. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait around, or a machine breaks down and we spend the afternoon fixing our own gear. It is a simple operation and we just try to get the jobs done so people can get back to their own work. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but anyone around Dhandari Khurd knows where we are.
