You can find us at 351 Ghumar Mandi Main Road. Being on the main road means there is always noise from the cars and rickshaws passing by. It’s a very active part of the city, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office is a straightforward space where we manage property matters for the local community. We have been sitting at this same spot for quite a long time now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. Most of the people who come in are regulars or friends of people we’ve helped before. We don't spend money on big advertisements; we just stay at the desk and wait for the phone to ring or for someone to knock. Dealing with land and buildings in Ghumar Mandi keeps us on our feet. We usually start the day early before the traffic gets too bad. By midday, the main road is packed, and it stays that way until late evening. We have some old wooden chairs and a big table where we spread out all the documents. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do every day. We know which lanes have which houses and who is thinking of selling. It’s just how life is on the main road, and we wouldn't want to be anywhere else right now.
