The shop is located on Overlock Road in the Miller Ganj area. If you know Ludhiana, you know how busy this part of town gets. There is a constant stream of cycle rickshaws and delivery trucks moving through the narrow streets. Manoj Kumar Aggarwal started this place right in the middle of all that chaos. It’s a small storefront packed with boxes from the floor to the ceiling. We don't have much room for people to stand around, so we usually talk to customers right at the entrance. The air is often thick with the smell of textiles and industrial grease from the nearby factories. We spend most of the day sorting through stock and writing out bills by hand. It’s a lot of physical work, moving crates and organizing the shelves so we can find things quickly when someone asks. We don't have a website or a marketing team. Word of mouth is how most people find us on Overlock Road. Some days are incredibly busy and we barely have time to sit down for lunch, while other days are a bit slower and we can chat with the shopkeepers next door. The building itself is quite old and has seen better days, but it serves its purpose well enough for us. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the orders as they come in.
