Alok Kaushal

We are based over in Ludhiana, specifically at number 204. If you know anything about Ludhiana, you know it is a city of hard workers and lots of industry. It can get incredibly hot in the summer months and biting cold in the winter, but we just keep the heaters or fans going and get on with it. The space we have isn't very big, but it is enough for what Alok Kaushal needs to do. There is a lot of activity on our street, with trucks moving goods and people rushing to get to the markets. Inside our place, it is a bit more controlled, though the shelves are usually overflowing with samples and documents. We don't really go for the polished look. The floor is concrete and the chairs are the plastic kind you find everywhere, but they are comfortable enough. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop in. It’s the kind of business where a handshake still means something. We don't have a website with fancy photos or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just tell it like it is. Some days are long and tiring, but that is just part of being in business here. It’s a gritty, busy city, and we are just happy to be a small part of the local scene in our own way.
