Sunder Steel Products

Sunder Steel Products is based out of D-6 in the Focal Point area. If you know industrial zones, you know what Focal Point is like. It’s all warehouses and small factories. We deal in steel products, so there is a lot of heavy lifting involved. The floor of our unit is concrete and usually covered in a bit of metal shavings or dust. We have a small section partitioned off for the office work, but it’s mostly just a desk and a couple of chairs. It’s a noisy place with the sound of metal hitting metal. We start the day by checking the orders that came in overnight. We spend a lot of time coordinating with the drivers who come to pick up the steel. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a tie. We are usually in old shirts and sturdy boots. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that’s when we take a real break. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time now. We know the other guys running the shops nearby. It’s a tough environment but we like the honesty of it. You see what you’re making and you know where it’s going. We don't have a website that looks like a movie or anything. We just have our address and our products. It’s a straightforward way to make a living and we are okay with the hard work.
