Our workshop is at No. 1167, right on Street No. 6 in the Dugri area. We’re located just behind the petrol pump in Toor Market, which is a very handy landmark for anyone trying to find us for the first time. It’s a busy little neighborhood with lots of small shops, workshops, and houses all mixed together. We’ve been operating out of this specific space for quite a while now. The street can be a bit crowded with parked scooters and delivery vans, but we always make it work somehow. Inside the building, it’s all about the steel. We have different machines for cutting and shaping the metal, and there’s usually a pile of scrap in the corner waiting to be cleared out at the end of the week. It’s a noisy environment, but we’ve all grown used to it over the years. We start work early, usually before the market really wakes up, so we can get a good head start on the day’s production schedule. We don’t have any big corporate structure here. It’s mostly just the owner and a few helpers making sure the orders are filled correctly. We talk to our customers directly, often over a cup of hot tea while we look at their drawings or samples together. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things that suits us well. We don't spend money on fancy signs because most people in Dugri already know our shop and what we do.
