We’re located in the Sai Baba Market, which is on Amloh Road in Sector 21-B of Gandhi Nagar. The business name is Steel Information & Marketing System, though we usually just go by the name on the sign. It’s a busy little spot in the market and there are always people moving about. We focus on the steel side of things, providing information and handling the marketing aspect for different products. It’s more about the paperwork and the data than the actual heavy lifting of metal, but we’re still right in the middle of the trade. Gandhi Nagar is a place where everyone seems to be doing something, and Sector 21-B is no different. Our office in Sai Baba Market isn’t very large, but it has everything we need to keep things organized. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at lists to make sure the marketing side of the steel business is running okay. We don’t use any big words or complicated strategies. It’s just about knowing the market on Amloh Road and helping people find what they’re looking for in the steel industry. The market can be noisy in the afternoons, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We’re just a small group of people working hard to make sense of the steel trade for our local clients. It’s steady work and we like being here in this part of the city. We just take it one day at a time.
