Star Steels

Star Steels is our business located on Gill Road. If you find the famous Ramji Halwai, we are right behind them at Plot No.626. It is a bit of a hidden spot, but most people who live around here know exactly where we are located. We work with steel products and have been doing it from this same location for quite some time now. The yard is usually full of metal beams and rods, so it looks a bit messy to an outsider. But there is a system to it all, even if it doesn't look like it. We spend our days loading and unloading materials and talking to contractors who need supplies for their jobs. We don't have a fancy showroom or a team of salespeople in suits. It is usually just a few of us handling everything from the paperwork to the heavy lifting. The air on Gill Road is often thick with dust and the sound of heavy traffic, but we are used to it. We like the fact that we are a small operation. It allows us to talk directly to everyone who walks in. We don't use any complicated business jargon or sales tactics. We just tell you what we have in stock and what it costs. It is a practical way to run a business. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just providing steel for local builders and fixing up whatever needs doing in the shop. We keep things moving one order at a time.
