Sood Properties

Our office is at 114 Lajpat Nagar on Kuvempu Road, over in Vignan Nagar. We are right opposite Hotel Imperials, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. Sood Properties isn't a high-rise office or a fancy suite. It’s a simple room with some old wooden furniture and a lot of documents. Being on Kuvempu Road means there is a lot of traffic passing by, so it’s rarely quiet. We have a small water cooler in the corner and a few chairs that have seen better days. Vignan Nagar is a busy area, and we try to keep up with everything happening on this side of town. Sometimes the sign outside gets covered in dirt from the road, but we try to keep it clean. We don't have a receptionist; if you walk in, you’ll just see us working at the back. We take our own calls and do our own filing. It’s a lot of manual work. People often stop by because they saw our board while waiting for a rickshaw. The hotel across the road is always busy with guests, so the street is never empty. We don't spend money on big ads because word of mouth works better for us. It’s just an honest little place where we do our business day after day. The floor is concrete and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but it works fine for us.
