Sony Communication

We’ve been here in Basti Jodhewal for quite some time now. Sony Communication isn’t some big fancy franchise or anything like that, just a local spot where people come when their phone starts acting up. The shop is tucked away a bit, so if you aren’t looking for it, you might walk right past us. We handle a lot of recharges and those small repairs that people need doing quickly. The floor is a bit worn down from people coming in and out all day long. I usually have a small radio playing some songs in the background while I work on a handset at the back bench. It’s mostly just me here, and sometimes my younger cousin comes by to help out when things get hectic. The shelves are filled with a mix of older models and a few newer ones too. Basti Jodhewal gets very crowded in the evenings, so that’s usually when we get the most people through the door. We don't have a big waiting area with chairs, just a couple of plastic stools if you really need to sit while we take a look at your device. It’s a simple setup that works for us. Sometimes the internet connection is a bit slow, and we all have to wait a minute to process the payments. We see all kinds of people, from students to workers from the local area. Everyone has a different problem with their technology. We just take it as it comes. It's not a shiny store, but we have the tools we need.
