Our office is at C2 in the Madhok Complex, which is right on Firozpur Road. If you are looking for us, we are directly opposite the Pizza Hut there. It’s a very central location and there is always a lot of traffic and people around. We have been in the Madhok Complex for several years now. We handle various types of service work, mostly related to internet connections and digital setups. It’s not a very large office, but it’s enough for our small team to get things done. We don't have a professional receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. Usually, you’ll just see us at our desks surrounded by monitors and cables. We try to be as helpful as possible when someone has a technical issue. We don't like using big words to sound important. We just figure out why something isn't working and try to fix it. Some days are more stressful than others, especially when the network goes down or there are a lot of calls at once. But we just take them one by one. Being on Firozpur Road means we are easy to reach for most people in the area. We’ve built a steady group of customers just by being here and doing the work. We don't do a lot of fancy advertising. We just keep the doors open and do our best with every job that comes in.
