Computer Touch

We are located at No-76 in the Ahluwalia Building, right in the middle of Gandhi Market. It is a lively spot to be. Our space is filled with screens, keyboards, and various spare parts we've collected over time. We handle different kinds of computer issues that come up. If your laptop is acting up or your desktop won't turn on, this is where we spend our days figuring those things out. The building itself is easy to find once you get into the market area. We aren't a big corporation with uniforms. We just wear what's comfortable and get to work on whatever is on the bench that day. Sometimes it's a quick fix, other times we have to wait on a part to arrive. We’ve seen a lot of changes in technology since we first opened our doors here. It used to be all big towers, now it’s mostly slim laptops and tablets. We keep up with it because we have to. It's just a local business trying to help people get back online. Most of our day is spent typing, unscrewing cases, and talking to people about their tech problems. We don't use fancy talk. If something is broken, we say it. If it’s worth fixing, we do it. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. The market gets loud in the afternoons, but we don't mind. It's part of being here in this neighborhood. We're just glad to have a spot where we can work and help out our regular customers with their machines.
