Soham Real Estate Promoter & Developers operates out of the ground floor at 52 Talegaon, on Hazira Road. We are located in the Prarthana Appartment building, which is right across from Bhandari Hospital. It’s a convenient spot because people always know where the hospital is, so they never get lost finding us. The office is pretty straightforward. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and big maps of the local area pinned to the walls. You’ll usually find us looking over site plans or filling out stacks of paperwork that never seems to end. The street outside can get busy with people heading to the hospital, so there is always a bit of movement. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving out to look at different plots of land around Talegaon. It is a lot of walking and talking, honestly. We don't have fancy leather chairs or a big reception desk. It’s just a simple room where we do our business. Sometimes the tea boy from the corner comes by, and we take a short break to sit on the steps outside. We've been in this spot long enough that we know most of the neighbors and the local shop owners. Our days are mostly about checking on projects and making sure the files are organized. It is just basic work, and we like the routine of being here on Hazira Road.
