We have been here at C-3-4 Bhadaur House in Calibre Plaza for quite some time now. Dealing with sewing machines is what we do every day. It gets pretty crowded around here, especially on the weekends, but we like the energy. Most people know us for the different brands of machines we keep on the floor. Whether you need a small one for home repairs or something heavy-duty for a shop, we usually have it sitting around. The Calibre Plaza building is easy to find once you get into the main market area. We spend a lot of our time showing folks how to thread the bobbins or fixing a motor that decided to quit. It’s not fancy work, but it keeps us busy. Some days are slow, and we just sit and talk to the regulars who drop by for spare parts. We don't really do much advertising. People just find us by walking past or hearing about us from their neighbors. The shop isn't huge, but we make use of the space we have. There’s always a few machines opened up on the workbench. It smells like machine oil and metal in here most of the time. If you’re looking for Sodhi Sewing Machine Co., just look for the sign near the entrance of the plaza. We try to be helpful when someone has a problem with their stitch. That’s pretty much the whole story of our little place here. We don't have any big plans to change things, we just like the way it is right now.
