Our office is located at 14/15 Shivaji Nagar, up on the 5th floor. We are pretty close to Shehal Classic and Sakhar Sankul, which makes it easy for people to find us in the Bhamburda area. Shree Siddhi Developers Pvt Ltd isn't some giant corporation with a glass skyscraper. We just have a regular office where we keep all our maps, site plans, and permit papers. Most of our time isn't actually spent in the office, though. We are usually out at different building sites, checking on how much cement was poured or if the windows were installed correctly. It is a lot of back-and-forth travel. Shivaji Nagar is always congested, so we spend a fair amount of time sitting in traffic too. We have a small team that handles the paperwork and the phone calls. We don't use those high-pressure sales tactics you see in commercials. We just show people what we are building and tell them how much it costs. Sometimes things go wrong at a site, like a pipe bursting or a delivery not showing up, and we have to drop everything to go fix it. It is a stressful job sometimes, but we’ve been doing it long enough that we don't get too worked up. We just want to finish our projects and move on to the next one. It's just a normal day for us here in Pune.
