Shivaaye Buildtech Private Limited has its office in the Mehra Complex, specifically at 3532 Chet Singh Nagar. We are right by the Dana Mandi on Gill Road in Ludhiana. If you’ve been to this part of town, you know it’s a very busy industrial and trade area, especially with the grain market right there. There is always a lot of dust and noise from the trucks moving in and out, but we like being where the action is. Our work is all about buildtech, so we are constantly looking at how things are put together. The office in Mehra Complex is where we do all the thinking and planning. It’s a practical space, not filled with anything unnecessary. Ludhiana is a tough place for construction because things move so fast, but we manage to keep up. We spend our mornings talking to contractors and our afternoons checking on how the actual building work is progressing. It gets quite crowded on Gill Road, so getting anywhere takes a bit of time, but that’s just Ludhiana for you. We are just local people trying to do a good job with the projects we get. There is no big secret to it, just showing up and making sure the bricks and mortar are going where they should. It’s a lot of steady work, and we are happy to be based in such a hardworking neighborhood. It keeps us on our toes.
