We are Shiv Enterprises and we’ve been operating out of Arjan Nagar for quite a few years now. It’s not a very big operation, just a small office where we handle different kinds of local business needs. People around here know us for being reliable when they need something done. Whether it’s helping with some paperwork or providing basic services, we just get on with it. Arjan Nagar is a tight-knit place and word of mouth is how we get most of our work. We don’t spend money on flyers or big signs. The sign we have outside is a bit faded from the sun but everyone knows where it is. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and files. It’s not a fancy place to look at, but it’s where we work every day. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but we manage to stay on top of it. We value being part of the community here. Most of our days are spent talking to people and figuring out how to help them with whatever they came in for. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. It’s a practical business run by people who live right nearby. We keep regular hours, though sometimes we stay late if a neighbor needs something urgent. That’s just part of being a local shop in this area. We like it that way.
