Lakshmi Trading Co.

Lakshmi Trading Co. is located in the Calibre Plaza, B-12, inside the AC Market at Chhawani Mohalla. It’s a busy trading hub. Being in the R House area means there’s constant movement of goods and people. Our shop is one of many in the plaza, but we’ve made our own space here over the years. We deal with wholesale trading, so there are always boxes stacked up and people checking inventories. The AC is nice during the summer months when it’s boiling outside, though it sometimes breaks down when the load is too high. We aren't the type to use big corporate talk. We just trade. We buy, we sell, and we make sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. The market can be a tough place with a lot of competition, but we’ve stayed in business by being consistent. We know most of the other traders around here, and we often share a quick meal or a cup of tea during the slow hours in the afternoon. It’s a practical business. We don’t have a marketing department; our reputation in the Chhawani Mohalla is what keeps us going. If you come by the A C Market, you’ll see us busy with ledgers and phones, just trying to keep the trade moving as it should. There are good days and slow days, but we stay until the job is done right.
