Shiksha Deep Vidyalaya

We have been running Shiksha Deep Vidyalaya for a while now over in Mundian Kalan. Our building is located on 33 Feet Road, specifically at Street Number 4, which is quite close to the Samrala Chowk area in Ludhiana. It is a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside our gates. The school itself is a pretty simple setup. We do not have any of those fancy glass walls or high-tech gadgets you see in the big city schools. Instead, we have solid classrooms with benches and blackboards that have seen a lot of use over the years. Most of our teachers live in the same neighborhood, so they know the families and the kids well. The mornings are usually the most hectic time when everyone is trying to get inside before the bell rings. We spend most of our day just making sure the children are actually sitting down and focusing on their books. The playground is not huge, but it is enough for the kids to run around a bit during their lunch break. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, and we have to do a lot of cleaning, but that is just part of being in this location. We do not do much advertising. Most people find us because they live nearby and need a place for their children to learn. It is a practical, local school for regular people.
