Our place is located at 440 Ludhiana Central on Noorwala Road. It’s right in Sartaj Nagar, not too far from Shivpuri Chowk, which is always busy with people and carts. The noise from the street is something you just get used to after a while. We spend a lot of time in the workshop area. It’s not the cleanest place, but it’s where everything gets done. The floors are concrete and there are tools everywhere. We’ve been at this spot for years, and the building shows its age a bit. Some of the windows don’t close all the way, so you get a cold breeze in the winter and a lot of dust in the summer. We usually start work early in the morning before the sun gets too high. There’s a tea stall just down the road that we visit a few times a day to stay awake. Dealing with industrial parts and machinery means our hands are usually a bit greasy. We don't really have a big office or anything, just a desk tucked into the corner where we keep the logs and the bills. The neighbors are mostly other workshops, so we all know each other well. It’s a lot of physical work and sometimes things don’t go as planned, but we figure it out. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing person. It’s just us doing the daily tasks that keep the business moving. The back room is full of old stock that we really should organize one of these days.
