Seiko Industries

Seiko Industries is located in the Feild Ganj area, specifically near the Lakkar Bazar and Mandi Kesar Ganj. If you know that part of the city, you know it is always packed with people and carts moving goods around. Our building is right in the thick of it. The streets are narrow, and it can be a real challenge to get a vehicle through sometimes, but that’s just the character of the old market area. Inside Seiko Industries, it’s a bit of a different world. We have our equipment set up and we just get on with the manufacturing. It’s noisy and there is always something being moved or fixed. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the neighbors all know us. The Lakkar Bazar nearby means there is a lot of wood and construction stuff always being traded, so the air usually smells like sawdust and old brick. Our team is pretty small, mostly just local workers who live nearby. We don't have any fancy mission statements or glossy brochures. We just take the orders as they come and try to do a decent job. The office is just a little partitioned-off area where the ledger stays. It’s a bit chaotic during the peak hours of the Mandi, but we’ve grown used to the bustle. It’s a real, working-class part of town and we fit right in with the rest of the tradesmen.
