We are located on Main Churpur Road, right near the Teaj Factory in Haibowal Kalan. If you know the factory, you can’t really miss us. It’s a busy area with a lot of trucks and people moving around all day long. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now, and it suits us just fine. The road out front can get a bit loud, but it’s a good place to be if you want to keep an eye on how the area is growing. We handle land development, which mostly means a lot of phone calls and visits to different plots of ground. It’s not always glamorous work. There is a lot of checking on boundaries and making sure the leveling is done right. My father used to say that land is the only thing they aren't making more of, and that’s pretty much why we do what we do. We aren't a huge corporation with a glass building. We are just a local team in Haibowal Kalan. Most of our clients are people from around here who want to do something with their property. We sit down, have a glass of water, and talk through the details. It’s a slow process sometimes, but we prefer it that way. No need to rush into things when you’re dealing with land. It stays right where it is, and we stay right here on Churpur Road.
