We’re located at 84 Savera, inside the Country Homes West area. It’s near South City in Ludhiana, which is a nice, quieter part of town compared to the main city center. SBSB PROPERTIES & BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED is run out of here. It’s basically a residential setup, so it feels a bit more relaxed than a standard office building. We spend our time working on property deals and keeping an eye on various building sites we’ve got going on. Ludhiana is always expanding, so there is no shortage of things to keep us busy. Most of our day is spent either here at the desk or driving out to meet contractors and check on how the walls are going up. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the area well. The office is full of old folders and site photos that we’ve collected over the years. It’s not particularly organized in a way a big corporation would like, but we know where everything is. People in the neighborhood know us, and we like it that way. It’s a local business through and through. We just take things one day at a time, making sure the houses get built right and the paperwork is sorted. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes, especially when the weather doesn't want to cooperate with the construction schedule. We just try to get things done without making a big production out of it.
