We operate out of a house in Model Town, specifically house number 1363. It's in HIG Phase 1 here in Bathinda. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to the main markets. Saranjali Contractors started out because there was a lot of building happening around this part of Punjab. We have a small team, mostly guys who have lived in the city their whole lives. The office is really just a front room we converted so we could have a place to meet and keep our files. Bathinda has grown a lot, and being in Model Town makes it easy for us to get to different parts of the city quickly. We don't have a big neon sign or anything like that. Usually, people find us by word of mouth or by seeing our trucks. We handle different types of contracting work. It’s mostly just getting the labor and materials together and making sure things move along. Sometimes we run late because of traffic near the railway crossing, but that’s just how it is here. We try to keep things straightforward. No fancy talk, just honest work. The weather gets really hot in the summer, so we usually start early in the morning. If you come by in the afternoon, we might be taking a break. It’s a family-run kind of setup. We like it that way because it keeps things simple and we know everyone we work with.
