Sahib Sweet is over at Giaspura 151. It’s a busy area with a lot of people moving around all the time. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The shop is small and sometimes it gets really noisy with the traffic right outside the door. We spend most of our hours in the kitchen area. It’s always hot because the stoves never really turn off until late at night. We make the basic sweets that everyone likes. Nothing too weird or different. Just the stuff we learned to make years ago. My brother helps out, and we have one other guy who comes in to help with the heavy lifting. The shelves are usually full by mid-morning. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. It’s just a place to buy sweets and maybe have a quick chat. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the front, which is annoying, but we manage. We aren't looking to become a huge company. We just want to make enough to keep the lights on and help the people in Giaspura get what they need for their festivals. It’s honest work, even if it makes our backs ache by the end of the shift. We just do our best with what we have here. Most people seem okay with that. We don't try to act like we're better than any other shop on the street. That is just how we run things here.
