Sachdeva Art Gallery

Started the shop here in Street No. 0 a long time back. We are right in Jaswant Nagar, which gets quite busy since we’re near Samrala Chowk. Most days it’s just us surrounded by frames and art supplies. It’s not a fancy place, but it works for what we do. People drop by after getting stuck in traffic at the chowk sometimes. We spend a lot of time measuring things and making sure the glass is clean. The dust from the street is a constant battle, honestly. You’ll find us usually covered in a bit of wood shavings or paint if it’s a heavy week. It’s just how the job is. We don’t have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure things get done. Sometimes the shop feels a bit small when we have large canvases lying around, but we manage. If you’re looking for us, look for the sign near the corner. We try to keep the windows clear so people can see what’s inside, though the sun hits the front glass pretty hard in the afternoon. It gets warm in here then. We’ve been at this location for a while now and know the neighbors pretty well. There isn't much to say other than we show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work on whatever came in the day before. It's a steady life for us here in Jaswant Nagar.
