Rupali Sweets

We have been here on Bindraban Road for quite a while now. Most people know the spot near Dandi Swamy Road. It gets busy in the mornings when we start making the batches. We just make sweets and keep things moving. My father started this, and we just kept going. It’s a lot of work with the milk and the sugar every single day. Some days are better than others. The shop is small, but it works for us. We try to keep things clean. People stop by on their way home. It’s not fancy. The address is 1115/1, right in the Civil Line area. We don't really do big ads. Just the same stuff every day. I spend most of my time in the back. The workers have been with us for years. We know the regulars. It's just a sweet shop, nothing more to it. Sometimes we run out of things early. If the traffic is bad on Dandi Swamy Road, deliveries get slow. We just deal with it. We make the traditional stuff mostly. It's what we know how to do. Life here is simple. We open early, we close late. That is just how it is. We have the big pans for boiling milk. It gets hot in the kitchen. Sometimes the fans don't even help much. But the sweets turn out okay. We use the recipes we've always used. Nothing has changed much since we set up shop here. It's a steady life and we are happy with it.
