Rinku Sewing Machine Company. You can find us near the Lakkar Bazar Jalandhar Bypass Chowk. We’re pretty close to Kudhmahali. It’s a spot where a lot of people pass through every day. Our shop is full of sewing machines, as you might guess from the name. We have old ones, new ones, and a whole lot of parts for repairs. There’s usually the sound of a needle tapping or a motor running in the background. It gets pretty dusty with all the lint from the machines, but that's just part of the trade. We’ve been at this location for a while now. The bypass chowk is always noisy with traffic, but inside we just focus on the machines. People bring in their equipment when it starts skipping stitches or making a weird noise. We take it apart, clean it, and try to get it running smooth again. It’s honest work. We don't have any fancy displays or a high-tech showroom. It’s just a workshop with shelves full of thread, bobbins, and heavy iron machines. Most of the people who come here are locals or small tailors from around Jalandhar. We just do what we do. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. If you’re heading toward the bypass, you’ll likely see us right there by the road. We’ve been here long enough that we’re part of the scenery. It’s just a regular sewing machine shop.
