Rattan Hammer

We are Rattan Hammer, located on Chandigarh Road, right near the Radha Swami Satsang. It is a well-known landmark, so people usually have no trouble finding us. Being on the main Chandigarh road means we see a lot of people passing through. Our work is quite specific and it involves a lot of noise. You can usually hear us before you see us. The shop is filled with the tools of our trade, and it is definitely not a polished environment. There is iron and steel everywhere, and things can get a bit cluttered when we are in the middle of a big job. We don't have a marketing team or a sales department. It is just us doing the work we have always done. Sometimes the noise from the road and the noise from our workshop compete with each other, but we are used to the din. We like being near the Satsang because it gives a nice point of reference for people. Most of our day is spent at the bench or the forge, making sure the hammers are right. It is a trade that requires a lot of muscle and not many words. We don't have a website that looks like a tech company’s. We just have a physical space where work gets done every day. If you stop by, don't mind the mess; it's just how a real shop looks when people are busy.
