We are located in Pune, specifically over at the Ziggurat building, Flat D-402. The full address is a bit of a mouthful with all the survey numbers like 5/5/2 and 6/1/1, but we just call it home. Rashies Waterfront Developers Llp is the business name. We focus a lot on the areas near the water, which is why we picked the name. It’s a busy part of Pune and there’s always something going on. Our office isn't huge, just enough space for our desks and a place to meet people. We spend a lot of time looking at the land and trying to figure out the best way to develop it without making a mess of things. It's a lot of paperwork and talking to the local authorities. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us trying to make sure these projects move forward. Sometimes it feels like we are buried in maps and technical drawings.
