Punjab National Tyre Service

Our shop is right on Np Road at C-22 Gill Matru Chhaya. Being so close to the railway station means there is always a lot of traffic and noise around us. It’s a good spot though because people always have issues with their tyres when they are traveling. We deal with punctures, air checks, and swapping out old rubber for new ones. Most of the time, I’m covered in grease or black dust from the tyres. That is just part of the job. It is a small place, mostly filled with stacks of old and new tyres. Sometimes we have to work outside on the pavement if the vehicle is too big. It gets hot in the afternoons but we have a fan that helps a bit. People stop by on their way to work or when they’re heading home late. I’ve seen all sorts of cars and bikes here. We don't have a waiting room or anything like that. You just stand by and watch while we fix the wheel. It’s honest work. We don't use fancy computers to tell us what is wrong. We just look at the tread and feel for the leaks. My cousin helps out when the rush gets too much. We try to get everyone back on the road fast because nobody likes waiting around with a flat. It’s been this way for years.
