If you head down to Chaura Bazar, you’ll find us at number 69. We’re right near the B K Bawa property dealer's office. It’s a crowded part of town, always full of people, carts, and the general noise of the market. Our office at Proficient Engineers & Consultants is tucked away in the middle of all that chaos. It’s a bit of a climb to get to us, but once you’re inside, it’s a different world. We have our drafting tables and our computers, and we spend a lot of time poring over technical details. The market outside is so loud that we’ve gotten used to shouting over the noise sometimes. It’s a very local way of working. There aren't any glossy brochures or fancy mission statements sitting around here. The focus is strictly on the engineering work and providing advice to people who come in through the door. Sometimes it’s a small shop owner needing a structural check, and other times it’s something bigger. Being in Chaura Bazar means we are right in the thick of things. We usually have tea brought in from the stall downstairs a few times a day. It’s not a corporate environment; it’s more of a workspace where we get our hands a bit dirty with site visits and then come back to do the math. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time, and while the bazar changes around us, our work stays pretty much the same.
