Patel & Sons Housing Developers

We are located on Shukrawari Road, not too far from Sakkardara Square. My father started this, and now we all help out with the housing development side of things. It’s a family-run setup, so things are a bit informal around the office. You’ll usually find one of us drinking tea and looking over some site plans. We don't have a big staff or a fancy reception desk. Most of the people who come to see us are neighbors or friends of friends. We focus on building small residential blocks and houses in this part of the city. The work is hard, especially with the heat in the summer, but we like seeing a building go up from nothing. We handle a lot of the site visits ourselves to make sure things are moving along. There’s always some issue with materials or labor, but that’s just how the building trade goes. Patel & Sons has stayed in this same area because we know the land and the people here. We don't use any high-pressure sales tactics. If someone likes one of our flats, they buy it. If not, they don't. We just try to build something solid that will last. The office gets pretty busy on Saturdays, but we always have time for a quick chat about the neighborhood.
