Param Steel Industries

Param Steel Industries is situated right on G.T. Road in Alour Khanna. Being on the main road means there is a constant stream of trucks and cars zooming past, so it’s never really quiet here. The industrial area is quite busy and the air always has that smell of hot metal and machinery. We have a large shed where the production happens and a small corner partitioned off for the office work. The floors are concrete and usually have some metal shavings or oil spots on them. It’s a rough and tumble kind of place. We spend a lot of time monitoring the machines and making sure everything is running right. If one thing breaks down, it throws off the whole day, so we’re always keeping an eye on the equipment. Our staff is mostly just local guys who know their way around a factory floor. We don't have a lot of frills. The break area is just a wooden table and a few plastic chairs. It’s a hard place to work because of the noise and the heat, but we’re used to it. The G.T. Road location is good for getting our products out, even if the traffic is a headache. We just focus on getting the orders finished and out the door every day. It’s noisy and dirty work, but it’s what we do here in Alour Khanna and it keeps us busy.
