You can find us over at 2 Feroz Pur Road, inside the Goodwill Complex in R T Nagar. We are right near Shehanshah Palace, which is a big landmark everyone knows. Our office is just one of many in the complex, but we’ve made it our own. It’s a busy building with people coming and going all the time. We have a few desks set up and some chairs for when people come in to talk about property. It gets a bit loud with the traffic on Feroz Pur Road, but we don't mind much. It feels like we are in the middle of everything. We spend our mornings going through listings and our afternoons meeting with people. We aren't some high-end firm with a lobby and a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We’ve seen R T Nagar grow quite a lot, and we’ve been here to see most of it. The Goodwill Complex is an older building, but it’s sturdy and it gets the job done. We keep things simple here. No fancy brochures, just us and our knowledge of the local area. If you’re near the palace, you’re pretty much at our doorstep. We are just a group of people working in real estate, trying to keep up with the market and help people out. Most of the local shopkeepers know us by name and we know them.
